Vilamar - Praia Da Luz

This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the outdoor dining area, seasonal pool, and strong wi-fi. On my first stay, the staff helped me with bug spray, nice. The welcome drink was a nice touch. I'll be back...  

It was clean and the staff were genuinely helpful, beds were large. The king room was modest and had a clean bathroom. The food was GOOD with a huge variety of options.

Had twin room with balcony and bath plus fridge. Astonishing breakfast with a good choice of good food.

great access to beautiful beaches and charming landmarks nearby

The hotel is set in lovely gardens with a view of the sea. It's just a short walk to the fine Praia da Luz beach was nice, while also being close to enchanting spots like the historical Church of Santa Maria, perfect for a nice stroll through the area's rich culture.

Fairly clean and wonderful place, awesome breakfast with plenty of options. Exceptional, exceptionally nice people working here. New-fashioned and tidy rooms with private bathrooms. Nice food and hot drinks. ...  

My stay was highlighted by the friendly owners who went above and beyond, especially when they organized my transfer quickly. The evening barbecue with plenty of delicious food created nice moments with fellow guests.

great location but a bit noisy

The double room with pool view offered ample space to move around comfortably. I enjoyed relaxing on the small terrace while taking in the refreshing garden view. The friendly staff set a cute tone, always eager to assist with any...  

We had a view of the sea from our room. The unit was quiet with two bathrooms. There was ample space for our belongings. A fridge was available for our convenience. A very affordable stay overall 🌊

The smoked meat at nearby Restaurante Paulo's is an absolute must-try, it'll knock your sandals off! The outdoor pool area was nice, perfect for a casual sunbathing vibe, and the breakfast variety offered was a warm welcome to start each day....  

The room was super spacious, a nice setup with plenty of room to move around. The fridge was a handy addition, and the small table outside was perfect. The view of the pool was a nice touch! They kept everything clean, so that was a plus. Noise from staff in the mornings was a bit much, and air conditioning use was restricted, uncomfortable at times.

It was just an appropriate option for a quick layover in Praia Da Luz with good value for price. The bacon I had during breakfast was definitely a letdown, tough and greasy. Try to find a breakfast cafe nearby for better options.

The room was spacious, with two bathrooms and a fridge in the lounge area. WiFi connectivity was reliable, and there was ample parking available. The outdoor pool looked inviting, though I didn't get to use it. The nearby cafe served a fantastic full English breakfast just a short walk away.

The lighting in the rooms can feel a bit off. It leans toward dark rather than cozy, and the pool area didn't quite match the luxury vibe of the pictures. The setup in the bathrooms was puzzling-a tight squeeze that left my knees hitting the sink constantly, which could easily have been avoided with a more sensible layout. I also noticed some noise issues, as staying near the laundry facilities meant I was treated to the sounds of washing machines churning late into the night. Plus, the distance to restaurants means planning meals can be a bit of a hassle.

My room was shabby and lights in the room felt creepy.
